You're invited to attend our Business Model Training FREE training!

Learn how to master your business model canvas and use it to your advantage in streamlining a new business offer or idea. This 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 workshop is specifically designed for those who have a business idea and are ready to turn it into reality. Delivered both In-Person and Online.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Here's a brief overview of what participants can expect to learn from the workshop:

🌿How to use this tool to visualize each element of your business operations to see how it all connects

🌿How to use this tool (BMC) to describe, design, challenge, invent or pivot your business model

🌿Definitions and applications for each of the nine sections of the BMC

It is strongly recommended that participants attend live via computer to ensure they can complete the materials and interact with the facilitators and other attendees via video and audio.

TWO WAYS TO ATTEND:

👉 Online in your own space

👉 In-person at the Community Futures LSLR Office, located at 229 3 Ave NW, Suite 102, Slave Lake, T0G 2A1. This option is still online, but it’s a chance to network with other entrepreneurs
