EVENT OVERVIEW:

Success in today’s workplace and everyday life extends beyond technical expertise; it requires the ability to communicate effectively, make intentional decisions, and navigate challenges with confidence and clarity. This interactive workshop, facilitated by CoachLen, offers a dynamic learning experience that integrates reflection, discussion, and practical application. Participants will explore three essential skills that support both personal growth and professional effectiveness.

Through guided activities and collaborative learning, participants will enhance their communication skills, develop strategies for setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, and gain deeper clarity around their personal values and goals. The session is designed to equip participants with practical tools, a personalized action plan, and increased confidence to apply these skills in real-life contexts. This workshop is suitable for a diverse audience, including employees, leaders, entrepreneurs, students, volunteers, and community members. Participants will leave with actionable insights they can apply immediately in the workplace, business settings, and personal relationships.

KEY TEACHINGS:

  1. Strengthen Communication Effectiveness: Participants will develop the ability to communicate clearly and confidently across different contexts, including navigating diverse communication styles, managing emotions, and engaging in constructive conversations, such as giving feedback, resolving conflicts, and requesting support.

  2. Build Skills for Healthy Boundary Setting: Participants will learn practical strategies for setting and maintaining boundaries that protect their time, energy, and well-being. This includes managing competing priorities, reducing overwhelm, and making aligned choices without guilt.

  3. Increase Self-Awareness and Values Clarity: Participants will identify their core values and understand how these influence their decisions, behavior, and goals. This awareness will support more intentional and aligned actions in both personal and professional settings.

  4. Enhance Decision-Making and Personal Accountability: Through guided reflection and structured exercises, participants will strengthen their ability to make intentional decisions and take ownership of their growth and next steps.

  5. Translate Learning into Actionable Outcomes: Participants will apply workshop insights through the Thrive Action Lab, resulting in a personalized action plan that outlines specific steps, conversations, and behavioral changes they will implement following the session.

  6. Support Confidence and Capacity for Real-Life Application: The program emphasizes hands-on learning and real-life scenarios, enabling participants to immediately apply new skills in their workplaces, businesses, relationships, and community settings.

  7. Foster Connection and Peer Learning: The workshop creates a supportive environment for participants to engage in meaningful discussions, share experiences, and learn from one another through guided activities and networking opportunities.
